The inner door lock requires an internal safety function but can be opened with a key outside the door.

The bathroom door lock must be internally lockable, but the outside must be equipped with an emergency opening device, which requires a special bathroom lock cylinder.

Stainless steel door lock

The handle and the panel saw on the surface of the door lock are made of stainless steel. The steel is preferably made of 304 stainless steel, which is cast and polished, usually in the form of stainless steel.

Advantages: stainless steel corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Due to the poor liquidity, the shape is mostly simple, the style is generous and versatile, suitable for modern and simple decoration style.

Disadvantages: Simple shape, no way to make a special fancy shape.

Zinc alloy door lock

The handle and the panel saw on the surface of the door lock are zinc alloy door locks. Common coating colors are PVD gold, green bronze, yellow bronze and nickel brushed silver.

Advantages: The casting properties of zinc alloys are excellent, and it is possible to die-cast castings with complex shapes and a smooth surface. Through the high-quality coating process, the corrosion resistance of zinc alloy door locks can be greatly improved.

Disadvantages: The strength of zinc alloy products is not as good as that of stainless steel, which may be deformed and damaged after being subjected to a very serious external impact.

Pure copper door lock

The handles and panels on the surface of the door lock are made of pure copper. The raw materials of pure copper products are mostly high-quality brass. The common coating colors are PVD gold, light gold, and yellow bronze.

Advantages: Copper is one of the best pure metals. Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc, which has strong wear resistance, high strength, high hardness and strong corrosion resistance. Moreover, the plasticity of copper is strong, and it can manufacture various handles and panels with beautiful appearance.

Disadvantages: Pure copper is an expensive metal, and the processing technology is responsible, so the price of pure copper products is usually higher.
